1. Courier & Logistics Partner

To ensure safe transit for our liquid bottles, all domestic orders are processed and delivered exclusively via Leopards Courier, one of Pakistan’s most reliable logistics networks.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer simple, straightforward shipping options across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat fee of Rs. 250 on all standard orders.

  • Free Shipping Promotion: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 2,000.

3. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via phone or WhatsApp at 03357699333.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) powered by Leopards Courier. You only pay when the package is handed over to you. We also accept advance payments via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash upon request.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email containing your Leopards Courier Tracking Number. You can track your shipment’s live status directly on the official Leopards Courier website using the provided tracking ID.

6. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery Attempts

Leopards Courier will typically attempt to deliver your package 2–3 times and will call you on the number provided during checkout (03357699333).

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and your mobile number is active.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unanswered calls, the order will be cancelled. If you still wish to receive the product, you may have to pay additional shipping charges for a re-delivery attempt.

7. Damages and Leaks During Transit

Our Herbal Hair Oil is packaged securely to prevent leaking during transit. However, if you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take a photo or video of the leaked/broken bottle before opening the seal and reach out to us within 24 hours at 03357699333 or mroil2026@gmail.com so we can arrange a free replacement via Leopards Courier.
