By purchasing our Herbal Hair Oil, you agree to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy detailed below.

1. Return Eligibility Window

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The safety seal must remain intact. Because our product is a 100 ML liquid topical hair care oil, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used due to hygiene and product integrity standards.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Leaking Product: If your 100 ML bottle arrived leaking, cracked, or physically damaged during transit. 
  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you received a product other than the Herbal Hair Oil you ordered.

3. Return Process (Via Leopards Courier)

We utilize Leopards Courier for our domestic shipping and logistics. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at mroil2026@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call us at 03357699333 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Please share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the damaged or unopened bottle.

  3. Reverse Pickup / Drop-off: Once your request is approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup through Leopards Courier from your delivery address or provide you with instructions to drop the package at your nearest Leopards Courier center using our return account details.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item via Leopards Courier and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed. Depending on your preference, refunds can be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3–5 working days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), Mr. Oil will bear the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns (where the seal is still perfectly intact), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Damaged Items During Transit

We take great care in packaging our liquid bottles securely. However, if your order is damaged by the courier service, please report it to us immediately at 03357699333 so we can fast-track a free replacement bottle to you via Leopards Courier.
